As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Capital Markets Execution team in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients navigating complex capital markets transactions. Our team specializes in guiding clients through the preparation and execution of listings on major exchanges, including Nasdaq and NYSE, as well as other global markets as needed.

From IPOs and SPAC IPOs to deSPAC transactions, reverse mergers, follow-on offerings, and post-listing public company support, we act as trusted financial advisors, helping clients at every stage of their journey.

Project Support:

• Assist the Capital Markets Execution team in guiding clients through the end-to-end transaction process, including IPOs, SPAC IPOs, deSPACs, reverse mergers, follow-on offerings, and post-listing support.
• Support the team in creating and maintaining financial models, including equity valuations and capitalization table analysis.
